1. Summary
This policy explains how forge.adventurecoin.quest — the website, browser wallet, forge and explorer (the "Service") — handles information. It is part of our Terms of Use.
2. What stays in your browser
The wallet runs entirely on your device. The following is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us:
Clearing your browser data deletes all of this. Keep your recovery phrase written down — it is the only way back into your wallet.
3. What our server receives
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs or payment card details.
4. The public blockchain
AdventureCoin is a public blockchain. Every transaction — including lockups, rewards and redemptions — is permanently visible to anyone, with its addresses, amounts and times. This is how the network works; it is not data we publish, and neither we nor anyone else can delete or change it. If an address is ever linked to your identity, its history becomes linked to you too.
5. Third parties
Some parts of the Service load resources from other providers, who receive your IP address and the request itself:
We do not use advertising networks, analytics services, social-media pixels or cookies.
6. How we use it
- to show balances, history and lockups, and to relay your transactions;
- to calculate and pay forge rewards to the right key;
- to keep the Service secure and working — blocking abuse and fixing faults;
- to meet legal obligations, if any apply.
We do not sell, rent or trade information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
7. Retention
Lockup and reward records are kept for as long as they are needed to pay rewards and keep accurate accounts, and after that as long as required for bookkeeping or legal reasons. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. Data on the blockchain is permanent and outside anyone's control.
8. Your choices
You can use the explorer without a wallet, and the wallet without ever opening a lockup. You can delete everything held in your browser at any time from the wallet's Settings, or by clearing site data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or to object to its use. Because we hold no names or emails, we can only find records by the public key or address you give us. Deleting the records for an active lockup would stop its rewards from being calculated and paid; it has no effect on the coins themselves or on the public blockchain.
9. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS only. Your recovery phrase is encrypted in your browser and never transmitted. Our server holds no key that can move your coins or your lockups. No system is perfectly secure — protect your device, and never type your recovery phrase into any site you reached from a link you do not trust.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or requests can be raised through the official AdventureCoin community channels listed at adventurecoin.quest. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or passphrase.
